At Speed Hookah LLC, customer safety is our absolute priority. Due to the nature of the products we sell (consumables, oral use devices, and age-restricted tobacco/nicotine products), we operate under a strict ALL SALES FINAL policy.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. All Sales Are Final
For sanitary and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for the following items once they have left our warehouse:
- E-Liquids & Vape Juice: Opened or unopened. We cannot guarantee that the product has not been tampered with once it leaves our custody.
- Disposable Vapes: All disposable devices are final sale.
- Opened Hardware: Any tank, coil, mod, or hookah pipe that has been opened or used.
- Clearance Items: All sale/clearance items are sold “AS IS”.
Why? Unlike a t-shirt, we cannot resell a bottle of vape juice or a hookah hose once it has been shipped. This policy protects all our customers from receiving compromised or tampered goods.
2. Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Defective Items
We understand that manufacturing defects happen. If you receive a product that is damaged or non-functional out of the box (Dead on Arrival), we will replace it under the following strict conditions:
- Reporting Window: You must report the issue within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp provided by the carrier. Claims made after 48 hours will be rejected.
- Evidence Required: You must email

- A clear photo/video of the defect.
- A photo of the device’s serial number and original packaging.
- Resolution: If deemed defective by our team, we will issue a Store Credit or a replacement of the exact same item. We do not issue cash refunds for defective items.
Note: Minor cosmetic imperfections or “flavor preference” (e.g., “I don’t like this taste”) are NOT considered defects.
3. Return to Sender / Refused Packages
If a package is returned to Speed Hookah LLC by the carrier for any of the following reasons:
- Customer provided an incorrect/incomplete address.
- Customer was not available to sign (Adult Signature Required).
- Customer refused the package upon delivery.
You will receive a refund MINUS the following deductions:
- Original Shipping Cost: (Even if you received free shipping, the actual cost we paid will be deducted).
- Return Shipping Fee: The cost charged by the carrier to return the item to us.
- 25% Restocking Fee: A flat fee to cover age verification costs, handling, and restocking labor.
4. Order Cancellations
We pride ourselves on speed. Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment queue.
- Cancellation Requests: We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order is placed. If you email us immediately and we catch it before a shipping label is created, we will cancel it penalty-free.
- Post-Label Creation: If a shipping label has already been generated, the order cannot be canceled. You must receive the package and follow the “Refused Package” protocol (subject to the fees in Section 3).
5. Chargeback & Friendly Fraud Policy
Speed Hookah LLC takes credit card fraud and “friendly fraud” (filing a dispute for a valid transaction) very seriously. Our checkout process requires you to check a box agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
- Disputes: If you have an issue, contact us first. We are reasonable humans and want to help.
- Fraudulent Chargebacks: If you file a chargeback with your bank for an order that was delivered (proven by carrier tracking) or for a policy you agreed to (like Age Verification):
- We will contest the dispute with comprehensive evidence (IP address, delivery GPS, Terms agreement).
- You will be permanently banned from ordering from Speed Hookah LLC.
- We reserve the right to report your name and address to industry-standard “Bad Actor” databases used by other vape/tobacco merchants to prevent future fraud.
- We reserve the right to send unpaid fraudulent debts to a third-party collections agency.
6. Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We track package weights to the gram. We will cross-reference the shipped package weight with the carrier’s recorded weight to verify the claim.
