Packing & Heat Tips

Pack it as a light, fluffy bed that sits just below the rim of the bowl. Cover with foil or run a heat management device, and start with 2–3 coconut coal cubes. Tart fruit tastes best at moderate heat, so ease off if the flavor turns sharp. Pull slowly at first to let the tart notes develop.
