Packing & Heat Tips

Use a light fluff pack under the rim and cover with foil or an HMD. Two or three coconut cubes give plenty of heat. Tart fruit can turn harsh if it overheats, so keep the temperature moderate and rest the coals if the taste sharpens. If the pull gets sour or dry, rest the coals for a minute. Smooth, steady heat keeps the pomegranate juicy instead of sour.
