Classic Iroko Hookah: Golden-Brown Wood

The Classic Iroko is an original WOOKAH made fully of iroko wood, a stable and durable wood whose shade is usually yellow to golden or medium brown. It is used in furniture, cabinetry and other small specialty wood items.

Every WOOKAH is made in Poland, mostly by hand, and we buy it directly from the manufacturer in Poland. The metal parts are 1.4301 (V2A) stainless steel.

Wood knots are a characteristic, natural feature that may occur in any piece, so expect small differences between one Iroko hookah and the next.

Inside the Classic wooden vase there is a transparent, waterproof and smoke-resistant protective layer, certified for use with potable water.

Body and vase each carry a unique serial number and the base ships with a certificate of authenticity.

This is the hookah base. According to the official WOOKAH listing, the box contains:

Key specs: 63 cm (24.8 in) tall without a head bowl, about 4.3 in (11 cm) more with a WOOKAH Funnel; approx. 3 kg (6.6 lb); 1.4301 (V2A) stainless steel metal parts; unique serial number on body and vase. A hose, a mouthpiece and a bowl or Funnel Flow are not part of the base and are sold separately. WOOKAH states that its hookahs are compatible with most shisha accessories on the market.

Care and setup tips

Do not rinse the wooden parts under the tap, keep the hookah out of direct sun and heat, and keep it away from the dishwasher. The Classic vase is wood with a protective inner layer, so wipe it clean instead of soaking it.

Fit the supplied silicone O-rings between the body and the vase and beneath the bowl adapter. The ground joint connections on the valve and hose connector need no grommets. Because hose, mouthpiece and bowl are separate, pick them before your first session.
