By entering this site and placing an order, you are legally certifying that you are 21 years of age or older.
2. How We Verify Your Age
To comply with federal regulations and prevent youth access, we utilize a multi-step age verification process:
- Entry Gate: You must affirm your age to browse our catalog.
- Database Verification: During checkout, the personal information you provide (Name, Address, Date of Birth) is automatically cross-referenced against commercial public record databases to confirm your identity and age.
- ID Upload (If Needed): If the automated system cannot find a match (common for younger adults or those who moved recently), you will be required to upload a clear photo of your valid, government-issued identification (Driver’s License or Passport) for manual review by our compliance team.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if age verification cannot be completed successfully.

4. Falsifying Age & Legal Consequences
Falsifying your age to purchase tobacco products is illegal.

- Prosecution: Speed Hookah LLC cooperates fully with law enforcement. We track IP addresses and will report attempts by minors to purchase restricted products illegally.
5. Adult Signature on Delivery
Verification doesn’t stop at checkout. Per the PACT Act:
- All packages are shipped with “Adult Signature Required” (21+).
- The delivery driver will ask for ID at the door.
- If you are not 21, the package will not be released, and you will be responsible for return shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee.
6. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who we believe is purchasing products on behalf of a minor (“straw purchasing”).
