Under the federal Jenkins Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 375-378) and the PACT Act, Speed Hookah LLC is legally required to provide the tobacco tax administrator of the state into which we ship products with a monthly report containing:

5. Data Retention
To satisfy audits by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and state tax boards, we are required by law to retain transaction records (including your name and address) for a minimum of five (5) years.
- Deletion Requests: We will honor requests to delete your data for marketing purposes (email lists). However, we cannot delete purchase records required for federal compliance until the statutory 5-year period has expired.
